How to get an order update

  1. Find your order number (for example #1001) in your order confirmation email.
  2. Send it to us on WhatsApp at +92 313 7776766 or by email to info@litech.com.pk.
  3. We will reply with your order status and courier tracking details once it has been dispatched.

Good to know

  • Your order is dispatched after your bank transfer is received and confirmed. Please pay within 3 days of ordering.
  • Delivery is free across Pakistan and usually takes 5–7 working days.
  • If you have an account, you can also see your orders by signing in.
  • Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9 AM – 6 PM.
