You can return an item within 14 days of delivery if it is unused and in its original packaging.
Cables cut to a custom length are made to order and cannot be returned.
How to return
Contact us within 14 days of delivery on WhatsApp/phone +92 313 7776766 or at info@litech.com.pk with your order number and the item(s) you want to return.
We will confirm whether the return is accepted and tell you how to send the item back.
Items sent back without contacting us first may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will tell you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are paid by bank transfer to the account you paid from, within 7 working days after approval.
Return delivery costs
You pay the delivery cost of sending an item back. If the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item, we will pay the return delivery cost.
Faulty or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible so we can help. We will cover the return delivery cost in this case.
Warranty
Products carry the manufacturer's warranty. Fusion splicers are covered by INNO Instruments' warranty terms. Contact us and we will help you make a warranty claim.
